Ideal applicants will have a proven track record of managing a large team of Product Managers and Product Owners in a software company operating using Agile and Lean development techniques. This position will be responsible for understanding the digital advertising competitive and marketing solutions landscape, identifying areas of growth and driving ROI on product investments. The candidate will have enough business acumen to prioritize initiatives and work with senior management on tradeoffs. Own the product vision and roadmap, working cross-functionally across the organization to ensure alignment on product strategy and areas of investment
Balance the product investment decisions to maximize the long-term growth potential for the product portfolio, while enabling the offerings to meet and exceed existing commercial plans
Clearly communicate the product strategy to the executive team exposing risks and tradeoffs and driving to business cases and financial based decisions
Provide ongoing leadership and direction for the Digital Advertising product management team across products and solutions
Work closely with senior engineering and data science peers to plan and execute architectural improvements
Be a lead evangelist and expert on digital advertising solutions in terms of features, benefits, value proposition and key market differentiators to assist sales as needed.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying areas of growth and driving ROI on product investments
Effectively Partner with the Business Development, Strategy and Sales teams to grow revenue
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Develop business cases for appropriate investment levels based on market demand, customer pain and brand’s strategic goals
Define, track, and improve key product metrics to implement a product dashboard to track usage and success
Play an active role in product and engineering effectiveness including driving Agile best practices and organization.
Bachelor’s degree or higher; Masters preferred
Degree(s) in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics all a plus
15+ years relevant experience leading a product management team (Required)
Experience in a fast-paced environment using Agile development
Previous experience in digital advertising, Mar Tech, Media a plus
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Sales Enablement and BD.

Required Certifications/Licensures: (Agile certification)

Exceptional organizational skills; able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of digital advertising a plus but, can be overcome by a quick learner with a sharp intellect!
