RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's enterprise client in Alviso, CA is currently seeking an experienced UX Interaction Designer to join their team on a remote basis.

Summary:

We are looking for an experienced contributor capable of collaborating with stakeholders, creating designs, driven by our platform, products, and customer requirements. As a UX Interaction Designer, you will build tools, patterns and support material that are consistent across product lines that allows dynamic integration between different design teams' requirements and systems to create modern, cohesive, and compelling interaction design.

Responsibilities:

  • UX Interaction Designer will be proactive and collaborative with designers across different product and service teams to understand and translate design research and product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes to help extend and grow the Design System
  • Understand the needs of design system consumers, and contribute to prioritizing and road mapping the design system's evolution
  • Be a trusted team member that embraces our team's culture of collaboration, inclusion, and fun
  • Help facilitate usability studies to validate designs; Synthesize results and drive design update ideation
  • Work with UI developers to document and articulate pattern designs that integrates with the React based framework, grommet.io
  • Understand and be comfortable recommending tradeoffs in design decisions, while also being hungry to learn and grow in specific areas such as research, accessibility
  • As a UX Interaction Designer, you will be creative and eager to get things done in a detailed and pixel-perfect manner, while enjoying the journey
  • Primary focus is to create accessible and inclusive pattern components and supporting documentation
