Software Guidance Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a Senior Product Manager, Creative Cloud Education for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Software clients in Seattle, WA, San Jose, CA, San Francisco, CA or Austin, TX. The role will require you to build and maintain integration workflows with classroom tools, such as Learning Management Systems (Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams), and develop expressive, authoring product features for student assignments. We work closely with cross functional teams that extend across all business functions from legal, marketing, customer service, design, engineering, and other product teams to challenge existing company processes and propose high-quality solutions to address student creative needs. Responsibilities Research customer profiles, use cases and behaviors to understand classroom workflows and student need for creative tools Establish and nurture strong working relationships with cross-organizational partners and teams to collaborate on integrating products with EdTech tools already used by educators and students into creative apps Define the product roadmap and requirements, collaborating effectively with other product managers, designers, engineering, marketing, and customer support to optimize delivery of features and ensure product benefits are communicated to customers Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that engage both internal and external audiences Continually assess market needs and opportunities, adjusting product priorities andor securing support for additional investment as needed Partner with marketing, documentation, support and other teams Required Skills 5+ years work experience in product management Domain expertise with classroom EdTech and creativity tools Proficient in data handling and APIsintegration. Consistent track record working with multiple teams to deliver cloud-based software andor services Ability to present complex ideas clearly and to rally people around a vision. Outstanding interpersonal skills with both local and remote teams. Ability to work in a team setting andor independently as needed self-starter. Ability to rapidly prioritize and continually learnadapt to changing circumstances Highly enthusiastic, creative, with an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to innovate.
