Who We Are At Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC), there are 6 OR suites in the main OR and 2 in the outpatient center with state-of-the-art surgical equipment. On average, there are 5,000 cases performed between the main and the outpatient center. General/vascular, total joint/orthopedics, trauma, gyn, ENT, urology and podiatry procedures are performed. What You'll Do Collaborate interdepartmentally to deliver excellent patient care
Scrub and circulate a variety of procedures within the surgical suite
Participate in clinical teams to focus on evidence-based continual improvements
Demonstrate organizational skills in the delivery of nursing care to patients with flexibility and a willingness to adjust priorities in response to changes in patient acuity, volume, emergencies, staffing or scheduling
What You Must Have Education
Bachelor's in nursing (BSN) preferred
Recent perioperative experience preferred
1-year of recent acute care experience as an RN required
Willing to train an experienced RN who has a passion for learning Surgery
RN: Registered Nurse licensed by Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) required upon start
BLS: Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified through the American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start
CNOR: Certified Perioperative Nurse
