Overview

Emerge is seeking a Program Manager to effectively manage a joint sales engagement program for global accounts in the secure networking, collaboration and application space. The Program Manager will support the Joint Session Moderator on all account planning sessions. We as a team are focused on aligning Account Managers from two major companies working together to be strategically aligned when closing deals. The Program Manager will support large customers and some of the top Account Managers in the program. The Program Manager will be a fast learner and become familiar with Co-Sell best practices, able to build and sustain strong relationships, a master at coordination and provide follow-up support.

Job Responsibilities

  • Become an advocate and representative for the alliance Co-Sell partnership program
  • Match Account Manager with account (Customer) names through various sales tools
  • Establish the connection and introduction between key sales stakeholders and manage joint meeting calls
  • Follow program communication best practices when educating Account Managers Co-Sell briefing sessions
  • Follow program communication best practices when scheduling opportunity review meetings
  • Manage all Training and Joint Meetings through Outlook/WebEx calendars
  • Support Account Sales by providing follow-up research on strategic deals and sales opportunities
  • Provide accurate information, excellent service, and address concerns as appropriate for the Account Managers
  • Circulate program materials, answer questions to the best of your knowledge and/or field questions to various team members when necessary
  • Assist with Program Data and reporting through various data repositories such as smartsheets or excel

Qualifications

  • Typically requires BS Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of Program/Project Management experience
  • Have sales support experience with networking and relationship building
  • Good understanding of secure network, collaboration, cloud computing platforms and marketplace ecosystem & business models
  • Ability to communicate information in a succinct and understandable manner
  • Self-starter, motivated, disciplined, and organized individual
  • Experience with data management
  • Strong communication skills, active listener, ability to synthesize high level information
  • Ability to communicate strategy and concepts
  • Strong collaboration, influencing and facilitation skills
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced changing environment
  • Demonstrated, take-charge attitude

Work Environment

  • This position will cover multiple time zones: Mainly EST, GMT and CET might extend to Asia Pacific
  • No Relocation
  • Remote; work from home role
