We're hiring an Operations Supervisor for our new facility in San Ramon CA.

As an Operations Supervisor you will: Supervise the dock team in the efficient tendering, scanning and conveyance of auto parts
Help lead and direct a team of professional delivery drivers on their daily route assignments
Assist with management of daily service requirements and client relationships
Supervise transportation and logistics for shipments to customers
Integrate our transportation services seamlessly into our customer’s supply chain
Monitor transportation costs and target areas that yield improvements and cost savings
Provide strategic planning to support customer’s expansion
Provide accurate and timely reports using KPIs performance metrics
Work closely with vendors
Manage a team of truck loaders and support personnel

CDL-A with minimum 1 year Class A experience
Mechanically inclined
Strong knowledge of FMCSA
Knowledge of E.L.D
Knowledge of electronic transportation platforms and software i.e., electronic logging devices.
Proficient with basic computer skills/Microsoft Office programs
Transportation experience in dispatch and/or operations supervision a plus.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience a plus.
Excellent oral and written communication skills a plus
