The Demand Center Team consists of highly capable and passionate marketers and demand enthusiasts focused on delivering wins for the Mid-Market Segment. The Global Demand Center Marketing Manager is responsible for partnering and executing lead generation and marketing campaigns with the Intuit Marketing and Communications teams, sales and agencies in support of the Corporate and Partner management sales teams to drive leads and revenue. This individual will also be responsible for driving the large accounting firm strategy and execution for the GDC. This role plays a critical role in service to one the Intuits Big BetsDisrupting the emerging Mid-Market, 11-300 employees.

What you'll bring

  • At least six years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in a marketing and campaign creation/content development. Experience in technology, fintech, telecom and/or SaaS is a plus.

  • Create a programmatic motion to develop campaigns based on sales plays and cohorts, deliver to partner for execution, and drive successful execution to support revenue, sales, profitability and growth.

  • Develop workflow for campaign enablement and execution on a quarterly basis to drive reach frequency and yield tracked by campaign.

  • Ability to test, innovate and drive outcomes based on creative thinking and fastest routes to market plans.

  • In-depth knowledge of demand gen ad E2E campaign success metric and sales funnel

  • Create and develop high-quality, educational and value driven content, maintain the content library and relevant campaigns on the LAF partner portal in conjunction with Field marketing manager

  • Develop road map for a success journey for partner execution with partnership to field sales and marketing

  • Continually measure and analyze content performance to drive and improve conversion

  • Ensure that content reaches the right persona and part of the sales funnel at the right time.

  • Measure, analyze, and report lead and campaign performance. Visit-to Lead conversion rates, MQLs to SQLs to meetings to conversion rates, ARPC, NPS, revenue, affinity, awareness.

  • Basic technical acumen with the ability to speak to current technology trends and demonstrate the capabilities of the QuickBooks Digital Ecosystem, and understanding of the mid-market and marketing to accounting firms

  • Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives. Work well within a team of various stakeholders (sales, marketing, data/IT, finance), including work with agencies

  • Knows their way around the tools of the tradeCRM, ABM, marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, SFDC, Eloqua and so on.

  • Bachelors degreepreferably in marketing, business or a related field or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of the Accountants Networks and accountant associations

  • Strong Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • Deliver E2E campaign delivery, from messaging to development, execution and KPIs

  • Key metrics of success include Partner (Accounting firms) sales revenue attainment, conversion, lead volume and quality, ARPC, product attach rates, awareness, affinity, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).

  • Willingness to experiment and test new ways to uncover new markets, new targets and new ways to market

  • Strong communication skills and executive presentation skills with compelling story telling abilities

  • Ability to articulate the Intuit Value Propositions for the key industry focus area of responsibility and having the understanding of Intuits strategies and products relative to major competitors

  • Manage, track, and submit timely invoices for vendor and department expenses

  • Coordinate all marketing activities in partnership with field marketing manager to help assist accounting firms drive reach with campaigns via their client base

  • Responsible for uploading and delivering marketing assets and campaigns for partner execution

  • Evaluates and adjusts processes to respond to changing and/or competitive markets, targets and GDC initiatives

  • Works with sales to ensure that sales reps have necessary training on messaging and campaigns being delivered for to partner and through partner execution

  • Provide support to Sr. marketing manager to implement marketing programs; develops, conducts and maintains marketing and up to date campaigns
