Our client is seeking a Marketing Automation Developer and who is responsible for the development and implementation of automated customer journeys for both hiring managers and job seekers. The goal of these journeys is to drive engagement, acquire leads and retain customers. This role is also responsible for building audiences for campaigns from multiple data sources (Salesforce CRM, job postings, website tracking, API calls, FTP, etc.) as well as make sure campaigns are integrated across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience as well as end to end reporting.
-Build audiences, segments and data sources using SQL, APIs, filters, and other Marketing Cloud activities;
-Work with operations to help troubleshoot and resolve Marketing Cloud system issues
Marketing Campaign Development
-Build cross-channel automated campaigns and programs leveraging email, SMS, Mobile push, and landing pages.
-Build rapid campaign prototypes for A:B tests and pilots.
-Collaborate in a cross-functional agile team to continuously experiment, iterate, and deliver new campaigns.
-Develop triggered communications, journeys, and automations in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Email Content Development
-Develop and test HTML email templates
-Develop complex dynamic, personalized email content using AmpScript
Reporting & System Maintenance
-Work with the analytics team to provide data reporting and analysis for campaign optimization.
