Law Firm Administrator
Paradigm Counsel is seeking a Law Firm Administrator to oversee a variety of administrative functions in collaboration with the Firm Manager. This job is slotted to be a full-time position, however, a part-time schedule will be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee billing and other accounting functions
- Plan and maintain work facilities
- Manage records and information
- Provide administrative assistance to management team
- Reconciliation of bank accounts
- Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies, distribute mail, custodial duties, etc.)
- Process client payments and retainers
- New client intake, maintenance of firm records and contact lists, conflicts, communicating with attorneys and clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
- High School diploma required
- Previous law firm experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office (including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) and other common office software
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong leadership qualities
