Classification: Human Resources (HR) Manager
Compensation: $50.66 to $58.66 hourly
• 7+ years of well-rounded HR experience who has worked in a union environment
• There are currently 130 employees and most are in the field of construction and ironworkers, 12 - 15 in the office
• This person will be spearheading their HR department
• Someone who is a progressive thinker (Incentive structures, optimizing their workforce and processes)
• Not only will this person be handling the day to day, but this person will be building up processes around onboarding/offboarding, recruiting, compliance, and documenting these processes
• Compliance - Time is getting miscoded and employees aren't taking their breaks/missing time from employees (Making sure they're in compliance)
• Solid Benefits Administration experience, being the point person for any benefits questions and changes needed
• Employee Relations from end to end
• Bilingual - Spanish is a hard requirement
• Construction or unionized environment experience preferred
