HR Change Management & Communications Manager Jobs require candidates to:
 

  • Develops and implements proven change management tools and materials for the HR function (e.g., change plan, change impact assessment, stakeholder analysis, communications and training plans, change champion networks, etc.)
  • Works with the Director of Strategic Portfolio Management Office in addition to the broader HR Leadership and SMEs to identify the impacts of change, project, and/or initiative on various stakeholders within and outside of HR (e.g., new HR technology, changed HR process, ongoing HR services offered to the business) and to minimize risks/disruptions
  • Measures and monitors the effectiveness of change management efforts, adjusting as needed to support change readiness and implementation within HR and the business
  • Tracks, manages, and reports out on HR change management efforts (e.g., upcoming communications and training, customer feedback, escalations for HR Leadership)
  • Develops and implements communications processes and messages for the HR function (e.g., approval process, required reviewers, menu of communication vehicles, communications plan for HR projects) and monitors progress and deadlines
  • Works with HR Leadership, SMEs, training resources, and knowledge management experts to ensure accuracy and consistency of collateral
  • Collaborates with SHC Marketing for communications outside of HR to determine appropriate communications vehicles and ensure required reviews and processes are followed to facilitate timely release of communications
  • Drafts written HR communications, including newsletter articles, CHRO presentations and announcements, and all-staff emails within and outside of HR

    Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for HR Change Management & Communications Manager jobs:
     

  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
  • Eight (8) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Deep knowledge of leading change management methodologies and best practices, tools, and processes
  • Demonstrated experience executing against a successful change management strategy
  • Deep knowledge of effective communications and project management experience
  • Strong communications, executive leadership presentation and computer skills, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrated planning and organization skills with prior experience managing a multi-year Communications Plan with concurrent initiatives

    The starting pay rate for HR Change Management & Communications Manager Jobs is $60, plus overtime as needed.
