Duration: Long Term Assignment
Healthcare recruiter will be responsible for the sourcing, interviewing and facilitating the employment of qualified, competent staff for professional, non-clinical, clinical RN and managerial positions. Must have recruiting experience with healthcare or nursing related roles. Must be a quick learner on partnering with a variety hiring managers, multi-tasking on interview coordination, and managing high volume logistics from screening to offer acceptance. Assists in the development and implementation of recruitment and retention programs and develops procedures related to specific departmental and/or hospital-wide recruitment and retention programs. Represents the Hospital at recruitment and educational events.
Experience with HRIS or applicant tracking experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
