Description
- The flu clinic specialist will work closely with the Wellness team at Client and contribute to the successful day-to-day operation of Flu Clinics in Santa Clara Valley.
- They will also help support flu program needs in other locations including US retail, US field, and Canada.
- Assist with SCV & US/Canada field/retail program development and organization & day-to-day operations.
- Attend all SCV flu events & help with set-up and tear down & ensuring a smooth flu clinic.
- Greet and check-in all Client employees and spouses warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact.
- Handout and assist with filling out consent forms.
- Manage flow of clinic by directing Client employees and spouses to open nurse’s stations and managing the lineup queue.
- Troubleshoot any check-in computer issues.
- Keep track of total number of vaccinations for each clinic.
- Manage supplies for daily flu clinics: check-in computer, badge reader, easel poster, band aids, etc.
- Answer any questions employees may have regarding the flu clinic.
- Work with facilities to ensure our space and supplies needs are met prior to season starting.
- Keep track of supplies, and let Rachel know when running low on certain items.
- Help get all supplies ready prior to the season starting.
- Make sure all signs are created, and check-in computer is working properly before clinics start.
- Help reserve conference rooms for corporate and field offices.
- Build iCal schedule for SCV only.
- Sign-ups: build events, update consents, update & send confirmation/reminder/survey email, process waitlist, monitor signups, add notes for recommendations for next year.
- Send staffing email reminders 3 days prior to each event.
- Ensure nursing staff is on time to events and can find the location properly.
- Send band aids to retail stores 2 months prior to flu season.
- Ping store leaders, champions, and contacts regarding low sign-ups, if needed.
- Keep track of survey feedback.
- Send flu vaccine proof to employees that request it.
- Gather iPads and charging case back after the season concludes.
- Keep track of flu participation numbers and trends for corporate and retail events.
- Support with all other flu program needs.
