We are looking for a Finance Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.
Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic plans, annual financial budgets, and monthly forecasts
• Collaborate with senior business partners to define and analyze critical business and financial goals to drive accountability and influence critical decision making
• Analyze business trends and past results against plans and advise management on how performance can be further improved and new growth opportunities quickly conquered
• Perform work on complex and non-routine projects, providing sales, marketing, and finance with informed recommendations for improving effectiveness and driving additional sales, revenues and customer satisfaction
• Participate in the development of sales and marketing strategic measurements with the executive team
• Enhance/automate finance processes and challenge existing assumptions/methodologies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of finance experience in a manufacturing setting
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumen
• Be intellectually curious and able to diplomatically challenge the status quo
• Be able to present and discuss work and results within and beyond finance, including the development of appropriate schedules and presentation materials
