A prominent firm is actively recruiting for a junior – mid level Associate (2-5 years) to join our Family Law group. We are looking for attorneys with experience in family law who can communicate with their clients, colleague, judges, and others involved in the case. I addition, counsel and provide advice involving family law related matters.

Successful candidates will have:

• 1-3 years of experience taking responsibility for client matters

• Draft discovery, motions, and legal documents

• Prior experience independently identifying issues and anticipating/recommending necessary next steps

• Participate in settlement negotiations and mediations

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Strong legal and research skills

• Attention to detail and accurate work product

• A commitment to the practice of family law

• A desire to continually learn and grow professionally
