We have made a name for ourselves throughout the event-based promotional marketing industry by producing highly successful on-site promotional events for 501 C3 non-profit charities. We are hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant in the East Bay area to assist with the immediate expansion of our promotional efforts. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for fundraising, community outreach, and philanthropy at these events for our clients.
Responsibilities as an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant:
- Assist with the development of marketing and promotional event strategies
- Assist the executive marketing team with all event prep (including setting up displays etc)
- Execute effective community outreach events that meet our fundraising goals
- Become a voice for our charity partners in the local community
- Assist team members with event logistics
- Aid with training new associates on event protocols
