A highly established and well known company in San Jose has an immediate need for a Customer Service representative paying up to $55k. Do you maintain a professional demeanor? Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written? This customer service role is for you! Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
•serve as the primary point of contact for both clients as well as customers
•determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
•consult with customers by telephone, email or in person to provide information about products or services
•take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
•Redirect the calls to the appropriate department, prioritize and manage all client/customer inquiries to ensure 100% satisfaction
•direct unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel
Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience, English/Mandarin language speaking required, ability to multi task, data entry skills, proficient in MS Outlook, word, superb excel, multi line telephone knowledge, great communication skills, critical thinker, and social perceptiveness.
