We are currently recruiting for an Entry Level – Corporate Paralegal. This will be a hybrid role where you will work in the office and work remotely. This is a great opportunity for someone who recently received their North Carolina State Paralegal Certification or someone who is looking to change practice areas and continue in their legal career as a Corporate Paralegal.

Summary: Work with Corporate Attorneys and assist will all corporate transactions mainly dealing with banking clients. Assist with due diligance, search for business entity formations, prepare documents, conduct lien searches, put together closing binders, review closing documents and communicate with clients.

Qualification & Education Requirements:

• ABA approved Paralegal course of study or North Carolina State Paralegal Certification
• Bachelor degree minimum or equivalent related work experience
