The Vice President of Manufacturing Supply Chain Ramp will drive the strategy to ready The company's global supply chain to enable product ramps and meet volume, quality, and affordability goals. This leader will work broadly across The company technology development, manufacturing, product and the supply chain teams to set and achieve operational goals ensuring leading-edge technologies are delivered at scale while exceeding product affordability and quality targets.
This position reports to the company Corporation Corporate Vice President/General Manager of the External Manufacturing and Product Supply Chain and will lead an organization of technical and commercial employees.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to manage all aspects of global supply chain ramp including volume, cost, and quality.
Must have skills across technical, commercial and operational domains.
Work closely with internal TD and HVM teams and externally with Foundry, OSAT, Equipment, and Materials suppliers to identify and achieve volume, cost, and quality goals.
Lead a cross functional team to align on strategy, needs, and schedules to drive innovation and efficiency.
Develop and implement both long and short term enablement strategies and policies.
Build lasting relationships with the supplier ecosystem while ensuring best-in-class ramp execution, leveraging the ecosystem to maximize value for The company.
Develop and implement competitive ramp strategies with effective use of industry benchmarks and metrics to set credible and aggressive targets.
Drive yield enhancement and overall production cost reduction.
Execute supply chain management to ensure adherence to contractual commitments, proactively monitoring key performance metrics, and implement effective corrective actions to address deviations.

MS degree in Electrical, Material, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business; PhD, MBA preferred with 20+ years of applicable experience.
