o A market-leading provider of working capital, investment capital, trust services, and sales financing solutions that help customers optimize liquidity and grow their business through their lifecycle
Treasury Management & Payment Solutions
o Provides cash management services and digital channel capabilities for customers of Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking
o Also serves some Consumer and Small Business Banking and Wealth and Investment Management customers, and Auto Dealer Finance partner relationships in Consumer Lending
Tenured, seasoned and proven performer sales consultant position responsible for the development and retention of a significant and complex customer base, geographic area(s), market segment(s) or series of product lines. Responsible for meeting annual sales goals and sales activity targets by developing and executing a strategy to retain and further penetrate existing relationships. Develops sales plans for territory and key customer accounts and analyzes customer needs. Serves as the lead advocate for TM within the TM group as well as with assigned partners. Contributes to TM initiatives and the business line strategy. May be responsible for mentoring/training less experienced sales consultants and/or act in a team lead capacity.

There is emphasis on proactive monitoring, governance, risk identification and escalation, as well as making sound risk decisions commensurate with the business unit’s risk appetite and all risk and compliance program requirements.
- 7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: sales, business development, or treasury management
- Strong negotiation and influence skills
- Experience exceeding established sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
Other Desired Qualifications
- Experience selling and interacting with Middle Market customers.
- Knowledge of and the ability to educate customers on Emerging Technologies.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
