Compensation: $33.25 to $38.50 hourly

ur well-established educational client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support their Finance Department for a minimum of 4 - 6 months on a project basis.

This Staff Accountant will be supporting the Controller and Assistant Controller in the Finance Department; this is a 100% remote project..

- This Staff Accountant will be supporting the Accounts Payable Department with 

 managing the expense reimbursementss for their organization on Concur; must be

 audited and processed on a timely basis and follow corporate guidelines for com-

 pliance - about 60%

-- Responsible for posting of prepaids such as fixed assets into their accounting

  system along with other balance sheet accounts

- Our client utilizs Microsoft Excel to manage their journal entries; this Staff Accountant

 must have intermediate level of Excel and be able to work with 8,000 line items

Education:  Bachelor's Degree in Accounting - no exceptions

Software:   Mid-tier software such as Dynamics AX is a plus

          Microsoft Excel - intermediate level
