ur well-established market researcher client is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Corporate Controller and Accountant for a minimum of three months. This Staff Accountant will be responsible for: -Setting up in Microsoft Excel the customers, products purchased, last three year of the purchases, sales tax for appropriate state and results after communicating with the customer -Responsible for sending out the Taxable Form and qualify what bucket they are in; -Once you determined what category this customer is in, send out the invoice for payment; if they are exempt or already paid, make note on the spreadsheet -Must be able to communicate effectively and update the Controller and Accountant; able to work 100% remote and independently; -This Staff Accountant must be able to meet the deadlines provided to them Software: NetSuite is a plus and intermediate level of Microsoft Excel
