Our client is seeking a Sr. Manager, Analytics Operations to ensure their Global Marketing Analytics (GMA) organization has the right process, documentation, and planning in place to meet the data needs of a modern marketing department. Reporting to the Sr. Director Global Marketing Analytics, this leader will play a critical role in connecting the dots, establishing and implementing processes, and ensuring transparency across a fast paced, multifunctional organization.

Key responsibilities include developing actionable roadmaps that align with digital product and marketing objectives, creating and implementing procedures / processes / systems that streamline analytics workflows from the ground up, facilitating coordination and communication between analytics leaders and key stakeholders / vendors, collaborating with scrum master(s) to program biweekly sprints, and leading a team of system analyst(s) and program manager(s).

Specific responsibilities include:

Ensure high priority initiatives are visible to Marketing Analytics stakeholders and in an appropriate sprint in alignment with strategic roadmaps

Work with Marketing Analytics Scrum Master(s) to adjust in-process sprint to accommodate emergent tasks that are critical and urgent and blocking initiatives.

Lead Marketing Systems Analysts in ensuring completeness of business requests inclusive of clear requirements, solution research, proper scoping and timeline, and appropriate resource assignment prior to entering sprint.

Support the Sr. Director, Global Marketing Analytics in development of strategic planning through roadmap, platform, and process recommendations that enhance and grow Robert Half's analytics capabilities

Lead Analytics Program Manager(s) in the development, ownership, and execution of portfolio management strategy inclusive of roadmapping, capacity/resource allocation planning, and prioritization

Work with Scrum Master(s) to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and implementation of best practices across the analytics development lifecycle

Work with GMA leadership to develop and implement procedures and systems that continually improve and streamline the operation, prioritization, and management of analytics workflows

Establish and/or refine technical documentation best practices, standards, and project tracking techniques

Create, update, and secure stakeholder buy-in of the Service Level Agreement (SLA) document defining processes, procedures, and mutually understood expectations

Facilitate coordination and ensure clear communication to align Marketing Analytics with key stakeholders in Information Technology, Marketing, and Product

Cultivate relationships with key technology and agency partners to ensure effective use of consulting and support hours. Act as a conduit to ensure rapid escalation when urgent vendor needs emerge

Develop deep understanding of Marketing Analytics tools, technologies, and processes to ensure projects involve the right SMEs and processes
