8-10 years experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations/HR Business Partner/Diversity and Inclusion
Articulate be able to conduct investigations/know how to communicate
Familiar with laws/employment laws in California
Very Senior high visibility role
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, Human Resources, Human Resource Management
Related field of study
Responsible for partnering with team members, leaders, and regional sites to provide consultation and counsel on various human resources policies, procedures, regional laws, standards, and government regulations.
You are also expected to support the Employee Relations team, respond to issues, conduct investigations, analyze investigation results and recommend changes with the intent to better the work environment.
Manage and Support Employee Relations processes.
Adhere to globally aligned ER processes, such as terminations and restructuring.
Manage employee cases collaborating with necessary stakeholders such as Legal and Internal Audit.
Act as a strategic partner in HR Investigations with leaders, HRBPs and team members
Provide ER consultation to team members and leadership in North America
Independently conducts highly sensitive investigations assigned to Employee Relations.
THIS ROLE WILL SUPPORT NORTH AMERICA
Dealing with investigations/unethical issues (leader is treating someone unfairly, sexual harassment / different claims etc.)
Someone that understands investigations or has dealt with them/learned how to lead conduct investigations from another company
This person will be working with executives/leaders so they must be very professional and senior/high level
Attend staff meeting, has a daily huddle on zoom, discusses issues, what their caseloads look like
Frequent issues that come up involve leadership, documentation, returning to work etc.
