We are seeking a Senior Director, Technology Talent Acquisition. This proven talent acquisition leader will be a part of the Global Technology Talent Acquisition Leadership team and will report to the VP, Global Technology Talent Acquisition. This leader will create and drive the talent acquisition strategies for our Company Research, Data Platform, and Data Product Development teams that are on the forefront of technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage deep talent acquisition knowledge to create and execute innovative global technical recruiting strategies focused on hiring top diverse talent to drive the next generation of payment technology
  • Drive deep partnerships with technology leaders to understand their business strategy, technology roadmap and talent needs
  • Act as the recruiting site lead for a Company site, driving key strategic initiatives and serving as a key point of contact
  • Manage, develop, and inspire a team of high performing technical recruiters
  • Partner with technology leaders on full-cycle recruiting efforts for critical senior technology roles
  • Participate in related programs and process improvement projects
  • Create, drive, track and analyze recruiting metrics to both drive strategy and measure performance
  • Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory and legal requirements

***Position can be located at one of our CA offices in the following cities: Palo Alto, Foster City (HQ), or San Francisco

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

12 years of work experience with a Bachelor 's Degree; 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD); or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or other advanced degree
  • 12+ years of overall technical recruiting experience on a global corporate talent acquisition team
  • 5+ years of in-house technical recruiting leadership experience, with a proven track record of hiring, developing, motivating, and inspiring a technical recruiting team
  • Experience managing large, dispersed technical recruiting teams
  • Experience creating and executing innovative and effective technical talent acquisition strategies
  • Experience leading technical recruiting teams that specialize in hiring diverse top technical talent from one or more of the following categories: product development engineering, data engineering, data science, research, machine learning, or artificial intelligence
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency and/or blockchain
  • Adept at creating reports, interpreting metrics, and driving overall insights/analysis
  • Skilled at partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI
  • Workforce planning experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects and to successfully handle multiple demands simultaneously
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
