A phenomenal opportunity exists within Company’s Global Communications and Marketing team (GCM) as we are looking for a Senior Director, Technology and Business Marketing. In this role, you will lead an organization delivering Company’s corporate messaging, defining disclosure strategy, and developing core content to fuel coordinated editorials and campaigns. You will lead all aspects of the core operational processes, tools, resource allocation and planning fields that drive global communications and marketing work forward.

This role will report to the VP of Global Communications and Marketing, and will have an outstanding opportunity to partner closely with leadership across the organization establishing the messages and core content strategy that fuels the entirety of Company’s marketing effort. This position will be the primary interface between marketing and business units.


  • Own development and evolution of Company’s messaging framework
  • Drive disclosure planning with business units and define roadmap for Company’s biggest moments
  • Work with all teams and regions to track & report performance to critical metrics
  • Develop and deliver a coordinated editorial strategy and audience segmentation strategy to engage customer perception of Company as a technology leader
  • Collaborate with Global Communications Marketing peers on integrating messaging and content strategy to marketing centers of excellence, corporate communications, and executive communications imperatives


  • Proven experience in driving content strategy in the tech sector with a focus on silicon leadership
  • Knowledge base of technology segments including data center, edge, and consumer markets
  • Strong expertise in messaging development with track record of driving messaging impact in the marketplace
  • Track record in engaging partners in collaborative marketing and joint messaging development
  • Demonstrated cross-functional communication and relationship building skills
  • Advocate for diversity and inclusion

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree required, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of overall Marketing, Communication and Executive Communications
  • Demonstrated experience managing key executive relationships across multiple functions and presenting to senior leaders and key partners
  • 5+ years of people management experience
  • Experience in a large, fast-growing, fast paced company and/or in the high-tech sector
