Job Details

• 8+ years of construction experience working with ground-up Data Centers
• B.S. Degree in Construction Management, or a related field, is preferred

What you will be doing:

• Supervising foremen, carpenters and laborers
• Mentoring Junior Staff
• Provide Leadership
• Review/approve all time and material work vouchers/invoices
• Quality control, safety, and security practices
• Inspect the activities of the subcontractors and suppliers
• Review the subcontractor reports of work done
