Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 8 years of experience in software development, and with data structures/algorithms.

+ 5 years of experience with design and architecture; and testing/launching software products.

+ 7 years of experience building developer tools that improve developer velocity, code quality and code health (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).

Preferred qualifications:

+ Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

+ 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role leading project teams and setting technical direction.

+ 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, and/or cross-business projects.

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $245,000 - $263,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

*Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation range for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.
