Row House North San Jose is currently seeking a high energy, passion filled, and sales motivated individual who is fitness minded and has a love for community. Row House is a boutique rowing concept that strives to give people of all different fitness levels an efficient, high-cardio, full-body workout in less than one hour. It distinguishes itself from other group fitness concepts built on insecurity and competition by creating an environment that raises everyone up so they come together, rowing on the same rhythm, with the same flow and energy. Rowing has long been recognized by serious athletes as one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise and Row House's workout stays true to form. Targeting the upper body, lower body, and core all at once, the brand's fitness program offers an energetic, endorphin-boosting workout in a safe, inspiring, and inclusive environment. POSITION: The role of the Sales Lead will be to oversee all lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent communication, sales and customer services skills via in person, phone and email * Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales * Ability to work independently and collaborate with studio manager and owner * Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines * Professional, punctual, reliable and neat * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information. * Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general public. * Proficiency with computers and use the Club Ready software * Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines RESPONSIBILITIES: * Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking * Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio * Drive membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts * Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota * Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio * Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions * Present available services to current or prospective members * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio * Any other duties as assigned * Daily travel required COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: * Competitive base pay based on experience * Commission paid on sales * Opportunity to bonus based on performance * Growth potential within the company
