Job Details
Responsibilities
- Maintain fixed assets and depreciation schedules
- Lease abstraction and interpretation
- Manage tenant leases and information and prepare invoices
- Bank reconciliations
- Assist with monthly/quarterly close
- Preparation of financial statements
- Cash management
- Assist with annual budgets
- CAM reconciliations
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related area of study
- 5+ years Retail Real Estate accounting experience with a large regional shopping center Required
- Experience with MRI required
- Advanced Excel skills
