Project Manager jobs require candidates to:

  • Defines project scope, goals and deliverables of to support HEEP's content fulfillment role at SHC in collaboration with management and other stakeholders via management of Patient Education Request process.
  • Owns content production process by managing and overseeing lifecycle of new and revised content creation from draft, to review, to final production (HTML formatting, copy editing as needed, ensuring established formatting standards), and deployment.
  • Researches, maintains, and improves upon the team's project management tools and system for tracking and managing requests.
  • Program design and structure to align with organizations' key initiatives and projects within the assigned group.
  • Facilitates and drives small and large meetings to meet objectives.
  • Develops strategic input for the Director regarding business objectives of clients for both current and future projects.
  • Researches, develops and produces project charters.
  • Develops and manages workplans.
  • Partners with Operations Manager(s) to identify and develop potential implementation and deployment strategies based on existing or new workflows.  Understands department workflow.
  • Implements quality control measures to ensure project and participant compliance with all polices and procedures.
  • Investigates, troubleshoots, and escalates issues from end users and found along the production process.
  • Evaluates data; analyze performance and potential economics underlying proposals.
  • Develops methodologies for tracking and reporting.
  • Prepares and maintains accurate, coherent, timely and auditable reports.  Provides progress reports in written and presentation format.
  • Develops, coordinates, participates in, and may lead staff training.
  • In conjunction with other departments/contacts, reviews reports related to participant performance, and provides additional coaching and/or training, as needed.
  • Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Project Manager jobs:

  • Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field (e.g., public health or related behavioral science discipline) from an accredited college or university.  Master's degree and PMP certified preferred.
  • Five (5+) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience developing effective written communications, presentations, reports and summaries.  Experience in delivering effective oral presentations. 
  • Ability to conduct analysis and formulate conclusions.  Can show thought process through documentation, analyses and visuals.
