Our large e-commerce client is looking for 12 contract Program Leads with compliance and regulatory backgrounds to help them meet legal standards (relating to employee health reporting and compliance). The individual will need to gather employee health information and communicate findings in a high quality manner. These individuals will also be involved in the onboarding, training, advising and assisting of the additional wave of support hired to support the entire project.
-2+ years’ work experience in a regulatory compliance environment with a focus on execution and operational excellence.
-One must be comfortable working on repetitive tasks requiring strong judgment
-Bachelor's degree required.
-Experience researching, analyzing and synthesizing federal and state regulations. Data analyst training.
-Prior experience with project management.
-Strong written communication capabilities.
-Paralegal experience, litigation or law.
