Balance Staffing is hiring assemblers for a high tech company in the East Bay Area. The ideal candidate has a natural talent for building and assembling, or could be described as someone who likes to work with their hands.

Key Requirements:

- Must have experience using hand tools, and be able to do repetitive work

- Ability to stand for long periods of time

- Ability to work 8 - 12 hour shifts (plus mandatory overtime as needed)

- Ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights and weekends)

- Reliable means of transportation to and from work

- Must be 18 years or older

- Background check required

- Drug test required (we don't test for marijuana)

- Provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
