As an integrated Product Marketing Manager focused on customer references, you will develop

customer evidence content. Our products are engineered for security, ease of

management and scalability, running the full stack from hardware to cloud applications. You'll work

alongside a growing group of marketers to position and market to the global

enterprise audience. You will shape the future of how enterprises embrace around

the world, define our customer marketing strategy and develop content to bring the magic to

our shared customers. You'll be the expert and brand champion, spearheading planning, management

and production of marketing initiatives with customers. You are strategic, creative,

and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. You are both a thinker and a doer, and are an excellent

creative producer and storyteller. You are able to devise an integrated marketing plan to develop and

promote your product, all while working closely with cross functional stakeholders and ensuring a strong

GTM strategy for each story.

Responsibilities:

● Work with product marketing, product teams and sales on key campaigns, launches and

initiatives to grow awareness of the brand and preference

among IT decision makers.

● Support multi-channel marketing efforts (videos, blogs, customer stories, events, advertising,

email, web, sales collateral) with content that speaks to different enterprise stakeholders; Create

and share content that demonstrates how our product complements other ecosystem

technology providers.

● Participate in regional and industry events to help build awareness for our product

benefits and engage with customers and prospects.

● Collaborate with marketers across teams to

develop content that can drive pull-through adoption among IT decision

makers.

● Use research to inform messaging and tactics, and then measure the impact of those activities

Qualifications:

● 5+ years experience in a product marketing role, marketing or communication role

● Exceptional writing and overall communication skills

● Ability to translate technical concepts into business benefits

● Results-oriented and self-motivated

● Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to changing

business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience creating marketing content for enterprise software

● Customer reference management experience

● Marketing research experience

● Content creation, producing video, storytelling
