We are working with a Property Management + Real Estate Investment client that is in need of a part-time Property Admin on a long-term contract/contract-to-full time basis. This client is located in San Carlos and currently has a portfolio of over 100 properties throughout the Bay Area. This Property Admin/Accounting Assistant role is a great opportunity for candidates with two years of experience in similar property management + administration roles. Job functions: • QuickBooks & Log entry: new tenants, invoices, credit card purchases/refunds, rent collection, laundry income, monthly commercial property expenses, mortgage statements • QuickBooks & excel reporting: account statements, balances by building • Update loan analysis spreadsheet • Draft lease/rental agreements, memos, tenant notices • Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external or internal sources with standard correspondence or other messaging (e.g. calls to PG&E, memos to resident managers, notices to tenants, emails to prospects, etc.) • Maintain records and files of tenants, vendors, properties, lenders, insurance, brokers, etc. (e.g. inspections, mortgage statements, invoices, tenant warning notices, etc.) • Maintain accuracy of SOPs • Other administrative support
