Description

Robert Half is recruiting an in-house Paralegal for the legal department of a biotechnology client located in the East Bay. The Paralegal is responsible for managing the contracts administration, corporate maintenance, and legal recordkeeping functions. Reports directly to the General Counsel.

Qualifications for the Paralegal & Contacts Manager position are the following:

- 4+ years of experience as corporate paralegal and/or contracts administrator;

- Biopharma or life sciences industry experience is required;

- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience;

- Strong command of contracts management lifecycle and template modification, redlining, and obtaining approvals;

- Acute attention to detail, mastery of handling steady volume of work requests, deadline-oriented, highly organized, very tech proficient, and works and communicates very well with others.
