This position can base in NYC, Sunnyvale, CA, & Chicago
Support internal supplier management best practices and processes. Partner with business leadership to develop supplier segmentation strategy across multiple geographies and service lines, while ensuring global consistency and visibility.
Support relationships between REWS and professional services firms in accordance with policy and recommendations from HR, legal, audit, and other partners.
Support team in development of MSAs, SOWs, and contract changes; drive RFPs in partnership with Procurement team.
Partner with SRM to assess the delivery and performance from core real estate suppliers. Proactively conduct market analysis / benchmarking, track market trends and emerging technologies, and develop metrics to measure performance. Drive development of SRM models and assist in implementation across the global business
Deep focus on KPI’s. SLA’s, QBR and SBR implementation
Triage and support stakeholder escalations and resolution of conflicts.
Skill/Experience/Education
MandatoryBachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8 years of relevant work experience in procurement, consulting, supply chain operations, or vendor strategy and management. Experience developing and implementing SRM programs Experience in supplier performance management systems and tools.
DesiredReal estate industry experience. Experience with outsourcing including vendor management, large engagement transitions, procurement life-cycle, contracting & performance measurement. Demonstrated ability to think globally and strategically, influencing change across multiple business units and regions. Proven negotiation and influencing skills, including the ability to secure business terms, partner with Legal on contractual terms, and align diverse stakeholders on key deliverables. MBA or Master’s degree.
