A CPA firm is seeking a receptionist/office assistant to join their team! The position is Monday- Friday, 9am-5:30pm.

They are a fast-growing accounting firm with a focus on providing high-end services to technology companies with international and multi-state operations. Their client base is composed almost entirely of Big 4 audited companies, approximately 25% of which are publicly traded.

In this office assistant role you will:

- Assist with processing and tracking tax return projects - primarily the data entry of it

- Prepare engagement letters and non-disclosure agreements

- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, faxing, scanning, and copying

- Order and maintain an accurate count of office supplies

- Answer phones and cover the front desk reception area

- Handle Shipping and receiving of mail, packages and letters

- Support Office Manager and staff with various administrative and clerical tasks

Office Assistant Requirements

- Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail oriented and well organized

- Works well with others

- Previous administrative experience a plus
