We are a well-established IT company that is dedicated to bringing technology support, repair, managed services and project management/support to small to medium business and select residential clients.  We specialize in providing end-to-end technology solutions with a “white glove” approach to managing clients, support, and projects. 

We are looking for the “Swiss Army Knife” Computer Technician to join our team. This is a unique position that will put you into a fun filled role of technical projects, MSP support with both on-site and remote components.  If you live and breathe technology and spend time on evenings and weekends reading and learning about the latest technology, this job might be for you! 


Must be a friendly, talented IT professional to who is able to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, organize and support clients’ technical problems. We solve networking, computer, cloud, A/V, camera, and every kind of current technology problem both remotely and on-site.  You could also be asked to do things such as – install conferences rooms, A/V, cabling, cameras, networks, design, planning, setup of a company from the ground up, and much more. 

This position is a combination of remote (40%) and on-site (60%) appointments.  Your week will be a blend of projects and support and you MUST be able to do both. If you have advanced troubleshooting skills, abundant curiosity for technology and deliver effective written and verbal communications and are interested in helping mount a TV using your proficiency with power tools one day and providing help desk support the next day, then this opportunity is for you! 

This is a full-time position, with an average of 40-50 hours a week. We believe in sticking it out and getting the work done and expect you to do the same!  After a probationary period, we would offer Salary + Benefits. 


  • Work independently with minimal supervision. 

  • Firm grasp of current technologies and willingness to learn new technology/skills 

  • Ownership of tickets and tasks - take it to completion every-time 

  • Be proactive and think like the end user and understand what they are trying to ask if their trouble ticket isn't clear.  

  • Resourceful enough to use all resources available if what you need isn't obviously available.  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.  

  • Participate in the rotation of "on-call" services or Board Duty as we call it. 

  • Provide AWESOME customer service and support to clients. 
    Explain technical subjects to non-technical people (you’ll do this a LOT!).  
    Sell our business (*gently* up-sell and help generate new clients).  

  • Willingness to work on support projects and other projects as directed and needed. 

  • Must have a vehicle to drive to client locations. 


We are more interested in the person and motivation than the current skill set that can be offered. On job training is not a problem. 

  • General interest in current technology 

  • You must be willing and want to learn constantly and be a quick learner 

  • At least 1 year experience with Windows, Mac required, Linux experience preferred 

  • Familiar with networking, A/V, gadgets, IoT, and other current tech trends 

  • Past Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience extremely preferred 

  • Excellent Customer Service 

  • Problem Solving Skills 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication 

  • Proficiency with LAN/WAN - Switches, routers, firewalls (Cisco/Sonicwall/Meraki/Ubiquiti experience a plus) 

  • Experience with backup solutions, managed anti-virus, software testing and technical documentation 

  • Help Desk experience preferred 

  • A strong desire to provide “1 and done” resolution for problems 

  • Must also have reliable transportation 

  • Able to lift 25+ lbs comfortably
