Summary of Role:

The role of Corporate Reporting & Strategic Modeling Manager will report to the Director of Finance. This role manages, coordinates and reviews business review materials prepared by functional teams and external consultants. The incumbent in this position will ensure quality of the materials and timely distribution on a weekly basis. This position is responsible to collaborate with external consultants and provides feedback to improve and administer weekly business review processes. This role provides analytical support for business decisions and participates in process improvement initiatives. This role will be responsible to prepare drafts of quarterly board presentation materials and maintain and improve the company’s strategic model under the guidance from the Director of Finance. It will also assist in ad hoc projects, audits and will perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present to leaders on a regular basis
  • Analytical and keen to details
  • Team-oriented with a win-win attitude
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel spreadsheet, Power Point, MS Word)
  • Experienced in Financial Modelling and Financial Planning tools (Anaplan)
  • Adept in business tools like Hyperion and Oracle Fusion
  • Good understanding of US GAAP and reporting, SOX Compliance & Controls
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Business (Finance, Accounting or Economics)
  • 5 years working experiences in Financial Planning, Analysis, Reporting or Accounting
  • Experience in various accounting areas like Cost Accounting, GL, Fixed Asset, Treasury, Payroll, AR, AP

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
  • 5 or more years of people management experience.
  • Experience in Energy/Utilities and Corporate/G&A Budget management
  • CPA and Big 4 experience
