KPMG is currently seeking a Manager to join our Federal Advisory practice. Responsibilities: * Lead the development and delivery of advisory services to clients, primarily with services related to information advantage program management
* Responsible for engaging and refining requirements with and providing guidance to clients with up to C-level client interactions
* Lead and support the development and evolution of methodologies and intellectual capital including contributing to articles, whitepapers, and training efforts
* Assist in the development of communication strategies and monitoring & evaluation plans, supporting the development of theories of change, SMART objectives, evaluation criteria, performance indicators, and indicator monitoring plans
* Support the development of client-ready deliverables including analytic reports, progress reports, and other assessment products
* Ensure scope of work, management plans, schedules, deliverables, risk, quality and performance standards, financial targets, and overall support are managed in accordance with contract requirements and KPMG standards
* Serve as engagement lead in coordinating with internal firm resources (i.e. recruiting, scheduling, etc.) to support staffing
* Lead small to moderate sized diverse and distributed teams
* Provide regular reporting and communication to client and KPMG leadership
* Lead and support business development activities such as proposal development and other pursuit activities
Qualifications: * A minimum of five years of relevant work experience related to data or analytic project or program management, specifically related to social and digital media, strategic communication, or strategic influence analysis, planning, execution, and assessment; U.S. Federal government consulting experience preferred
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Advertising, Political Science, Data Analytics, Information Science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university; MBA or related advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred; PMP is a plus
* Strong understanding of project and program management processes and best practices, including reporting, schedule management, risk management, quality control, and project financials
* Familiarity with information environment analysis, including target audience analysis, cognitive targeting, communication planning, and impact assessment
* Operational experience in information operations, marketing and advertising, strategic communication, or countering disinformation preferred
* Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with various levels within the organization
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to obtain a U.S. Federal government security clearance within a reasonable period of time, which requires U.S. Citizenship
