TOP LAW FIRM is looking for a legal recruiting assistant for any of their California offices (Palo Alto, San Francisco, Sacramento, San Diego, and LA) – this role will provide administrative support for a wide variety of functions related to the legal recruiting department, including but not limited to: interview scheduling; new full-time processing; and updating and maintaining the recruiting database. The position involves regular contact (verbal and written) with attorneys and personnel throughout the Firm. A bachelor’s degree is required, and at least one to two years of prior experience, preferably in a law firm or other detail oriented services environment. The successful candidate possesses exceptional organization skills, is a self-starter, detail oriented, responsible and detail oriented. Other essential qualifications include strong verbal and written communication skills, a strong client service orientation, the ability to excel in a fast-paced, demanding environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to enter and manipulate information in a database.
