RESPONSIBILITIES:

A Kforce client is seeking to hire a Learning Experience Designer in Mountain View, California (CA).

Responsibilities include:

• Partner with teams in the business to build learning paths based on skills they have identified for development; This will be a combination of self-directed and virtual instructor-led learning, using a combination of internally created and externally curated content
• Partner with the Talent Development team and external vendors to build learning paths for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives, including Unconscious Bias
• Learning Experience Designer will work with our client's team of Learning Experience Designers to build enterprise-wide learning paths for Learn and Grow Week
• Conduct needs analyses in order to define learning objectives and propose an end-to-end learning experience
• Create content maps that are used to curate learning experiences in support of specific learning objectives
• Learning Experience Designer will create measurement plans to gauge effectiveness of learning experiences
• Analyze learning-related data to assess effectiveness and to recommend improvements
• Communicate with and present work to a variety of audiences, from front line employees to senior and executive leaders
• Learning Experience Designer will partner with third-party vendors to co-create learning resources and learning experiences, as needed
