As an HR Administrator based in Morgan Hill, CA you will have responsibility for administrative and project support to the HR Team. This is a great opportunity to learn and develop into an HR Generalist role. The HR Team supports about 600 employees in multiple locations in the US as well as Canada, Brazil, and Mexico. Key responsibilities include:

  • HCM system administration (data entry, generating reports, access admin for time management)
  • Benefits administration
  • Staffing administration (scheduling interviews, reference checking, recordkeeping, and reporting)
  • Training administration (maintain course schedule, assist with training logistics, registrations, and training records)
  • Administer Tuition Reimbursement Program (application forms, payments, reporting)
  • Administer incentive compensation plans (creating forms, tracking data, reporting)
  • Administer Service Awards Program (providing annual budget information, purchasing service awards, coordinating quarterly luncheons)
  • Distribute and track annual and trial performance reviews and salary review plans
  • Back up lobby during breaks and lunch
  • Assist with New Hire Orientation
  • Other general administrative support
