HRIS Benefits Analyst provides routine technical, analytical, and operational support to multiple functionalities within enterprise Human Resources including Payroll, Benefit Administration, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Learning and Development.

Primary Objectives
• Support Human Resources Information System (HRIS) data management, reporting, audit, calculation, and controls.
• Perform basic HRIS administration tasks under supervision and direction of the HRIS, Benefits and Compensation functions, including user setup/access, basic work flow and task builds and updates, data maintenance and configuration updates.
• Provide end user and practitioner support and resources, including basic troubleshooting, system function/release communication, and development and maintenance of user documentation.
• Support compliance, benefits, compensation, and job data management and reporting Duties and Responsibilities
• Use existing tools to perform routine data audits, quality monitoring, and data calculation support.
• Research, resolve, and document data discrepancies.
• Respond to and escalate as appropriate requests for job descriptions, salary information, and system data.
• Prepare, modify, and distribute routine and moderately complex ad-hoc reports, charts, and data files.
• Assist with preparing mass updates, mail merges, and Personnel Action Notices (PANs).
• Generate and monitor job description review workflows as directed.
• Under direction of the Benefits and Compensation function, assist with developing, maintaining, and monitoring job attribute definitions and assignments and compensation program documentation.
• Perform general HRIS administration and user support including, but not limited to, setup of new users, change of access requests, basic troubleshooting and demonstrations of system functionality.
• Respond to and track HRIS service requests, open and monitor services tickets with HRIS vendors, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Under direct supervision of HRIS management, perform basic HRIS system table and configuration setup and maintenance.
• Create and maintain job requisition templates in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) from existing job descriptions.
• Review, update, and document procedures, job aides, and guidelines.
• Develop and publish documentation, work instructions, user job aids, and project records.
• Monitor applicable wage determination orders; process wage and fringe benefit rate changes, employee notifications, and required posting updates as directed.
• Workday implementation, reporting, data, and testing
• Other duties as assigned.
