Manage Human Resources activities or administer policies according to executive level direction. Will establish HR Systems, and control compensation and benefits, employee relations, staffing, training, safety, labor relations, and employment records. Supervise Human Resources staff. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese and English, and better to have experience in Startup Technology company. This candidate requires the ability to adapt your communication style across a diverse workforce. We are looking for person with empathetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

•Implements human resources programs by providing human resources services, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, wellness and health, performance management, employee relations and retention, and AA/EEO compliance.
•Develop and manage our HR system, performance management system, and onboarding process, utilizing feedback to continuously improve the program.
•Establish and modify compensation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
•Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions.
•Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company culture and organizational objectives.
•Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants under Human Resources Director?s supervision.
•The Human Resources Generalist assumes other responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Director.

•Fluent in Chinese and English, both oral and writing.
•At least 3+ years of HR related experience, with at least 2+ years? experience in a technology company in the following disciplines: employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, and HR systems development.
•Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
•Detail-oriented, focused, collaborative and can work independently with minimal supervision
•Positive and up beat personality with a willingness to step in where needed, a true team player
•Empathetic and a people person who is self-motivated, passionate and results-oriented
•Ability to create and maintain strong, professional relationships at various levels of organization
•Strong execution and effective in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
•Bachelor's Degree in HR or Business field
