The company is seeking a passionate experienced marketer to join our team to be a leader and build a marketing strategy. As a lead of the marketing team, you will spearhead marketing initiatives to expand the company’s business, by setting a strategy to build the company’s reputation as the premier solution for Fortune 500 enterprises, work with sales, work with product teams, drive sales pipeline growth. In short be a leader who is hands on and can work with cross functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

      Build a marketing strategy for the short and mid-term with the goal to drive high growth and enable the company solution as the leader in data governance

      Lead demand gen programs in partnership with Sales and Product across all relevant channels (organic, paid, online and offline)

      Responsible for PR/analyst relations from content to negotiating with PR agencies as well as analysts

      Design and implement marketing campaigns across all channels – digital and in-person to drive high growth in pipeline

      Plan and help execute content strategy to support campaigns and sales teams

      Plan and manage events (meetups, conferences)

      Coordinate with Product teams on messaging and positioning, and leveraging content for demand generation

      Build systems to effectively capture leads to grow pipeline

      Manage and integrate sales development with marketing efforts

      Build and manage an effective marketing team

Requirements:

      You have 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership and marketing roles at technology-centric companies

      5+ years managing enterprise marketing teams in growth-stage startup environments including the functions of, product marketing, demand generation, and communications

      You have experience marketing technical products/platforms to decision makers and IT developers in fortune 2000 companies

      Having been a product marketer is a plus

      Experience with SaaS, security and public cloud is ideal

      Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, coaching, and retaining a high-performance results-driven team

      A track record of creating, driving, and executing a marketing strategy resulting in substantial growth

      Advanced hands-on skills across most marketing tools, including enterprise CMS, SEO, marketing automation, and CRM systems ( CMS’ (preferably WordPress) Account Based Marketing, social, events

      You are data-driven and continuously test and refine your approach using data in pursuit of demand generation and revenue growth

      You have an entrepreneurial, “own the outcome” mindset, with a disciplined approach to establishing strategic objectives and generating impactful results

      BSc/BA in business administration, computer science, data science, marketing science or relevant field; MSc/MBA a plus
