We are looking for a Customer Service with semiconducting experience to join our team. Customer Service/Admin Assistant's responsibilities are to efficiently organize the tasks with the planning department and provide necessary support in order to execute the task. The task involves monitoring project plans and working with the customers, vendors, and the team to ensure project deadlines are met in a timely manner.

To be successful as a Customer Service, candidates must be professional, polite, and attentive while also being accurate. An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • At one to two years of experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Detail-oriented
  • Must have a team-oriented attitude, accountability, and ownership
  • Dependable
  • Good communicator
  • Get things done
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive Attitude
  • Must have at least one year experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Must be a US citizen, U.S Permanent Resident. This position requires handling of products or information which is subject to ITAR regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources for execution of projects
  • Monitor and reporting progress between customers and the operation team
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Manage the relationship with the team and customers
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Work with the customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Maintain Customer's inventory report

  • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
  • Contribute to building a positive team spirit.
  • Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times
