Co-ordinate the Customer Service function. Provide administrative support to International Operations and customers. Manage customer database, sales analyses, sales reports, returned goods, and contract review. Perform a variety of duties including processing orders, inquiries, and returned goods.
Examples of Essential Functions:
Including but not limited to: Assure effective processing of customer orders and customer service function, including returned goods.
Receive, research, and answer customer inquiries and requests regarding customer accounts, product availability, and pricing.
Maintain current knowledge of product lines, prices, delivery times, contracts, and customer credit status.
Develop and supervise customer service policies and procedures
Interface with applicable departments to assist customers, resolve problems, recommend actions, develop and maintain systems.
Support international operations through customer support, development of required documentation and sales support materials, sales analyses, pricing policies, distributor agreements and training.
Monitor and maintain distributor agreements.
Assist with trade shows, indirect marketing and telemarketing programs.
Coordinate sales support materials needs, monitor inventory levels of support materials, and distribute materials to field personnel as needed
Manage customer database; assist in development, maintenance, and dissemination of information
Develop and distribute customer sales report to Management
