- This is a call center and a customer service role handling anything and everything that could come from the customer after that initial sale. You will spend most of your day on the phone talking to customers.
- Service Agents work with customers over the phone, over email, and by using our online ticketing system. This involves working with a lot of different systems on multiple computer screens all at once.
- Must be patient, kind and very focused on the best possible service to the customers at all times.
- Be professional and able to go above and beyond
- Be computer savvy. Understand and know how to navigate a customer tracking system
- Articulate a product and service offerings, with excellent training available
- Maintain composure if every dealing with stressful situations
